While Ujenzi Poa is primarily recognized as a commercial and residential construction company, we also participate in the procurement and occasional sale of select petroleum and industrial commodities through our established international business network.
We are not a brokerage or facilitation firm. When we engage in commodity transactions, we do so as a principal buyer or seller for our own account or in partnership with qualified counterparties.

We prioritize transactions built on transparency, compliance, and commercial integrity. Every opportunity is evaluated through a structured due diligence process designed to verify counterparties, documentation, logistics, and commercial viability before advancing discussions.
Because commodity markets involve significant financial commitments, we work only with serious buyers and sellers capable of meeting internationally accepted commercial requirements.
Ujenzi Poa operates through three business divisions: Construction Project Management, Energy, and Mining & Resources.
Across these divisions, our central role is to define requirements, organize capable participants and manage the process required to move a commercially sound opportunity toward execution.
We do not claim to employ every required specialist internally. We build the appropriate team for each assignment by bringing together qualified consultants, contractors, engineers, suppliers, technical professionals and commercial partners. This ability to identify and coordinate the right resources is central to how we operate.
Our project management services streamline the entire development process. From budgeting and scheduling to coordinating contractors and handling unforeseen challenges, our team ensures a smooth and efficient construction process. This not only saves time and resources but also enhances the overall success and quality of your commercial project.
We begin by determining whether the requirement, buyer, seller, authority, documentation and proposed procedure are commercially credible.
Our review may include corporate-registration information, beneficial ownership, authority to buy or sell, sanctions screening, product documentation, delivery terms, inspection requirements, payment structure and the relationship between upstream and downstream obligations.
We do not guarantee that every proposed transaction will proceed. We may decline an opportunity when authority cannot be established, documents cannot be reasonably verified or the procedure creates unacceptable exposure.
Each participating party should also conduct independent legal, financial, technical and commercial due diligence before executing a transaction.
