We evaluate product availability, supply capability, and transaction procedures to identify a commercially workable route for qualified buyers.
A refinery or individual titleholder can generally offer only the products, locations and procedures available within its own supply position. Ujenzi Poa Energy works across a broader network.
We assess the buyer’s product specification, volume, delivery location, preferred transaction structure and verification requirements. We then determine which available supply relationship is best positioned to meet those requirements.

Strong execution begins by understanding what the client actually needs.
A construction project cannot be reduced to square footage. An energy transaction cannot be reduced to a product name. A resource operation cannot be measured only by what comes out of the ground.
We evaluate the commercial objective, operating environment, available resources, risk, logistics and long-term implications before determining how to proceed.

Petroleum markets differ by product, geography, volume, logistics, commercial terms and counterparty requirements.
Ujenzi Poa Energy operates as a commercial reseller. Our model is built around developing relationships across multiple supply channels rather than presenting one source as the answer to every transaction.
We evaluate the buyer's requirement and determine which available supplier, trading relationship or refinery-level channel may offer the appropriate commercial fit.
Product. Quantity. Destination. Procedure. Capability.
Ujenzi Poa participates in a coal-mining operation in Tanzania's Ruvuma Region near Songea, through a local mining partnership.
The operation encompasses approximately 25 hectares, with exploration undertaken in selected areas of the property. Exploration information available to the partnership indicates significant coal potential, with preliminary estimates from the evaluated areas exceeding one million metric tons.*
Commercial production has served local markets while the operation continues to develop its capabilities.
Our long-term objective extends beyond extraction. We seek to improve operating efficiency, adopt better technologies, reduce environmental impacts and create meaningful economic participation for surrounding communities.

Resource estimates are based on exploration information available to the operation and should not be interpreted as a formally classified mineral reserve unless independently established under an applicable reporting standard.
Our vision for resource development includes creating opportunities for communities surrounding our operations to participate economically in the business.
That begins with employment, but it should not end there.
Where commercially practical, we want local entrepreneurs and businesses to participate through supplying food, goods, transportation and other services required by the operation.
As the business grows, our objective is to contribute responsibly to initiatives that strengthen community welfare, skills and economic opportunity.
Ujenzi Poa operates through three business divisions: Construction Project Management, Energy, and Mining & Resources.
Across these divisions, our central role is to define requirements, organize capable participants and manage the process required to move a commercially sound opportunity toward execution.
We do not claim to employ every required specialist internally. We build the appropriate team for each assignment by bringing together qualified consultants, contractors, engineers, suppliers, technical professionals and commercial partners. This ability to identify and coordinate the right resources is central to how we operate.
Our project management services streamline the entire development process. From budgeting and scheduling to coordinating contractors and handling unforeseen challenges, our team ensures a smooth and efficient construction process. This not only saves time and resources but also enhances the overall success and quality of your commercial project.
We begin by determining whether the requirement, buyer, seller, authority, documentation and proposed procedure are commercially credible.
Our review may include corporate-registration information, beneficial ownership, authority to buy or sell, sanctions screening, product documentation, delivery terms, inspection requirements, payment structure and the relationship between upstream and downstream obligations.
We do not guarantee that every proposed transaction will proceed. We may decline an opportunity when authority cannot be established, documents cannot be reasonably verified or the procedure creates unacceptable exposure.
Each participating party should also conduct independent legal, financial, technical and commercial due diligence before executing a transaction.
