Ujenzi Poa works with mining-right holders, local operators, technical partners and investors to identify promising mineral opportunities and organize the expertise, capital, technology and commercial resources required to move them toward sustainable production.
Some of the world's most valuable natural resources are found in communities where the people closest to those resources have limited access to the capital, technology, technical expertise and markets required to realize their full commercial potential.
We believe there is another path.
Ujenzi Poa seeks to work with existing mining-right holders and local operators, combining their knowledge, rights and experience with additional resources capable of improving exploration, production, processing, management and market access.
Our objective is not simply to extract more.
It is to help build stronger mining enterprises capable of creating sustainable economic value for partners, investors, workers and surrounding communities.

Artisanal and small-scale operators can possess substantial local knowledge and promising mineral rights while facing practical limitations that prevent an operation from reaching greater commercial potential.

Producing a valuable mineral is only part of the business. Secure handling, processing, documentation, logistics and access to legitimate markets determine whether its value can be realized.

We prioritize transactions built on transparency, compliance, and commercial integrity. Every opportunity is evaluated through a structured due diligence process designed to verify counterparties, documentation, logistics, and commercial viability before advancing discussions.
Because commodity markets involve significant financial commitments, we work only with serious buyers and sellers capable of meeting internationally accepted commercial requirements.
Ujenzi Poa operates through three business divisions: Construction Project Management, Energy, and Mining & Resources.
Across these divisions, our central role is to define requirements, organize capable participants and manage the process required to move a commercially sound opportunity toward execution.
We do not claim to employ every required specialist internally. We build the appropriate team for each assignment by bringing together qualified consultants, contractors, engineers, suppliers, technical professionals and commercial partners. This ability to identify and coordinate the right resources is central to how we operate.
Our project management services streamline the entire development process. From budgeting and scheduling to coordinating contractors and handling unforeseen challenges, our team ensures a smooth and efficient construction process. This not only saves time and resources but also enhances the overall success and quality of your commercial project.
We begin by determining whether the requirement, buyer, seller, authority, documentation and proposed procedure are commercially credible.
Our review may include corporate-registration information, beneficial ownership, authority to buy or sell, sanctions screening, product documentation, delivery terms, inspection requirements, payment structure and the relationship between upstream and downstream obligations.
We do not guarantee that every proposed transaction will proceed. We may decline an opportunity when authority cannot be established, documents cannot be reasonably verified or the procedure creates unacceptable exposure.
Each participating party should also conduct independent legal, financial, technical and commercial due diligence before executing a transaction.
